STAY WITH US AT RESIDENCE GREEN PARK

The apartments (one, two, three rooms, with room for two to six guests) that we offer, all newly restructured and with their own independent entrance, have been tastefully decorated in a functional and welcoming way, equipped with all necessary comforts and accessories, to make you feel at home and allow you to have a pleasurable vacation.
For small children we offer: high chairs, high chairs for the table, lounge chairs, bottle warmers, toys and layettes.
Two and three room apartments also offer microwaves, safes and hair dryers.
We are open all year round. Available for short stays (weekends), week or month-long stays, as well as even longer (three months to one year, etc).

DIRECTIONS TO RESIDENCE GREEN PARK
.
From the Ventimiglia exit of the Autostrada dei Fiori (A10), head right in the direction of Ventimiglia on the flyover road, parallel to the river, for roughly 1800 meters.
From S.S. 20 del Colle di Tenda head in the direction of Ventimiglia on the flyover road parallel to the river for roughly 1800 meters.
On the flyover road, stay in the right lane, in the direction of France, and merge onto the bridge that crosses the river.
At the end of the bridge turn right, towards France, keep on the road called Corso Francia for roughly 300 meters and at the traffic light turn right, merging onto Via Gallardi (towards Bevera).
After staying straight on Via Gallardi for roughly 2 km (do not turn), you will find Residence Green Park, to the left of the road, on a slight hill.
Turn left off of Via Gallardi and after roughly 200 meters you will arrive at the Residence.

RATES INCLUDE:

– Swimming pool access for adults and children as well as lounge chairs and beach umbrellas (in season from 20 May to 30 September);

– Parking (1 parking space for each unit);
– Free Wi-Fi connection in common areas.

Maximum number of guests indicated for each apartment may not be exceeded.
Maximum number is considered as adults and children over 2 years old.
CLARIFICATIONS:
Pets: allowed on request.
Room deposit: 150,00 euro to be paid upon arrival.
Children up to 2 years old free in rooms as is.
Arrival hours: Saturdays from 16.00 to 19.00.
Departure: Saturday by 10.00 am.
For arrivals after 19.00 please advise upon booking.
Weekday arrivals are possible upon request.
SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS TO AGREE:
– Final cleaning fee;
– Bed linen and towels can be rented;
– Laundry and pressing service;
– Air conditioning;
– Children up to 2 years with rollaway bed;
– Rollaway bed for adults and children over 2 years of age.
