The Green Park Residence for families is a touristic guest residence, operated by the owners and their family, situated in a sunny area in the middle of the green Ligurian hills, just a few minutes from the city center and beaches.
The apartments (one, two, three bedrooms, with room for two to six guests) that we offer, all newly restructured and with their own independent entrance, have been tastefully decorated in a functional and welcoming way, equipped with all necessary comforts and accessories, to make you feel at home and allow you to have a pleasurable vacation.
For small children we offer: high chairs, high chairs for the table, lounge chairs, bottle warmers, toys and layettes.
We are open all year round.
Available for short stays (weekends), week or month-long stays, as well as even longer (three months to one year, etc).
The area is known and well-appreciated for its year-round pleasant climate right in the center of the area between Sanremo and Monaco, a great base from which to visit the Riviera, Cote d’Azur and its beautiful inland, rich with history, art and natural beauty.
We are at your service to help you plan what to visit in Ventimiglia and nearby, to make the most of your stay with us.

WEEKLY RATES INCLUDE:

– Utilities: electricity, water, gas;
– Lcd Tv;
– Swimming pool access for adults and children as well as lounge chairs and beach umbrellas (in season from 20 May to 30 September);
– Children’s play area;
– Tennis courts;
– Ping pong tables;
– Parking (1 parking space for each unit);
– Free Wi-Fi connection in common areas.

CLARIFICATIONS:

Pets: allowed on request.
Room deposit: 150,00 euro to be paid upon arrival.

Arrival hours: Saturdays from 16.00 to 19.00.
Departure: Saturday by 10.00 am.

For arrivals after 19.00 please advise upon booking.
Weekday arrivals are possible upon request.

SUPPLEMENTARY WEEKLY COSTS:

MANDATORY COSTS:

– Final cleaning fee: 45,00 euro for A2 and A3 apartments | 60,00 euro for  B3, B4, B5 and C6 apartments.

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES:

– Bring your own linens or rent them: bedsheets for 7,00 euro per person per change of sheets, towels and bathroom linens 7,00 euro per person per change of towels;
– Air conditioning: some apartments are equipped with air conditioning, please request upon booking, at a weekly cost of 30,00 euro for apartments such as A2, A3 and B3 | 60,00 euro for apartments such as B4, B5 and C6;
– Laundry and pressing service upon request;
– Children: children up to 2 years old free in rooms as is; children up to 2 years with rollaway bed: 35,00 euro per week;
– Rollaway bed for adults and children over 2 years of age: 15% supplement.

Maximum number of guests indicated for each apartment may not be exceeded.
